My last journal entry was posted on September 15th, 2009.

My last upload was a one-shot PWP on July 25th, and my last real effort was chapter 5 of my Storm Hawks fanfic, posted on May 19th. I had big plans for that fic, but it's been so long since I've even tried writing Finn's voice, and so much has changed...and before that, my last piece of anything remotely art-related was the half-color version of Fat Tuesday Homicides, a fanart for the fantastic band in Song Without a Name, posted on January 13th of the same year.

Golly...has it REALLY been that long?!

I wish I could say in all that time that I've drastically improved on my drawing skills and am ready to show you something fantastic, but that's not quite the case. I was recently gifted with a tablet but I still have no experience with digital coloring, and I haven't been drawing every day with the determination to get better. I'm active on Deviant Art only as a viewer, and I still admire so many of you artists for your skills and your vision. I have been doodling every so often, and I have been looking into anatomy lessons and unique character design, so I'm not a lost cause. I've also been writing like a mad thing (my true passion), so I do feel like I've greatly improved on that in a lot of ways, and on developing my original characters (whom you've never really seen unless I know you personally). I'm very shy about such things, but…I think I may be ready, everyone.

If there's anyone still watching me out there…if you've any interest in who's been brewing in my head for the past six years…you're about to find out.
